Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch & Delivery We hand pour and pack every order from our independent Irish studio.

  • Orders are normally dispatched within 1 to 3 working days.

  • Working days exclude weekends and Irish bank holidays. Dispatch may take slightly longer during sales, launches, and busy periods.

  • We currently only ship within the Republic of Ireland and select EU countries.

Delivery Rates & Times

  • Ireland (An Post Tracked): €4.95 (Standard delivery takes 1 to 3 working days after dispatch). Free on orders over €59.

  • European Union (An Post Tracked): €13.99 (Standard delivery takes 4 to 8 working days after dispatch). Free on orders over €89.

Tracking Your Order You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your An Post tracking number as soon as your parcel is dispatched. Tracking details can take up to 24 hours to update once scanned into the An Post network.

Address Changes Please double-check your shipping address and Eircode before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once your order has entered the packing stage.

Delayed or Missing Parcels If your tracking has not updated for several working days past the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us with your order number so we can investigate with An Post.

Returns You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unlit, in their original condition, and securely packaged.

Unless an item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage.
