Step 2 — We'll Review Your Request
Our team will get back to you within 1–2 business days to confirm your return and provide any next steps.
Step 3 — Refund Processed
Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Order Confirmation Emails
Once you place an order, we’ll send an email confirmation to your inbox. Please double-check that you’ve entered a valid email address, and be sure to check your junk or spam folder if you don’t see it.
All order information can be found on your account and I recommend checking this out first as it is generally faster to get an answer, however, we are always here to help if you are stuck!
TRACKING EMAILS
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send a confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout. You’ll also receive tracking details from our shipping provider (An Post or DPD). Please check your junk email or text messages, depending on your chosen contact method, to ensure you don’t miss any updates.
